At BCS Fitness, we LOVE getting to work with folks 55+! We understand that no two clients are the same and the needs a client who is 25 is very different than someone who is 55+! This is exactly why we do not offer large-group fitness solutions.
What to grab an easy win? Sign up for a “28-Day Fitness Jump Start” to get the ball rolling. You start by meeting with a seasoned certified personal trainer 1 on 1 and then will move into a customized personal training program for the remainder of your four-week journey!
