At BCS Fitness, we believe that personalized training is the key to achieving fitness goals for busy individuals. We understand the importance of tailoring a program specifically to your needs & wants.

While large group fitness options like boot camps, CrossFit classes, and intense group workouts are suitable for those who are young, already athletic or have plenty of free time, they may not be the best fit for everyone. That's where our small group & 1 on 1 personal training program comes in.

At BCS Fitness, we start every client's journey with a one-on-one session. During this session, we take the time to discuss your goals, health, and fitness history. We also engage you in a brief workout to assess your current physical state. This allows us to identify any imbalances or potential injury risks, such as a stronger leg or a weak shoulder. Based on this assessment, we can then design the most effective exercises to help you reach your goals quickly and efficiently.

Small Group Personal Training

With our customized 30-minute personal training program, you will be part of a small group consisting of 2-4 other clients. Each client is on their own journey, so there is no stress of trying to keep up with the group. This format allows you to experience the advantages of personal training while paying nearly 80% less than the cost of traditional one-on-one sessions.

In this structured setting, our coaches utilize software that provides valuable insights into the specific exercises that will help you achieve your goals and prevent injuries. They have immediate access to your training notes, injury history, personal preferences, exercises that target your specific concerns, and your goals. This ensures that every session is tailored precisely for your needs.
