NUtrition coaching in Bryan & College Station, TX
At our Bryan & College Station, TX fitness centers, our nutrition coaching has been carefully designed to help motivated people 40+ achieve success with their eating in the long-term. We don't try to fit you and your lifestyle into someone else's fad diet or force you into restrictive eating. Rather, our Nutritionists and partnering Registered Dieticians design a plan with you to help you keep what foods you enjoy in moderation so that you can stick with your plan for years into the future!
We focus on education in our nutrition coaching as well, and you will leave feeling confident in how you eat, how to shop at the grocery store, and how to change how you see food.
We are not a Nutrition Coaching program that is interested in helping people crash diet, cut out entire food groups, or lose arbitrary amounts of weight in arbitrary amounts of time. If you want to make real, tangible progress, are willing to put in the work, and want to see change in your life, that is what motivates us as a Coaching staff and team!

Custom curated recipe just for you and your tastebuds
Biometric Scans: Metrics like Lean Muscle Mass, Body Fat, Basal Metabolic Rate, and Total Daily Energy Expenditure, we can create a customized nutrition plan for you to improve these metrics.
Each week, check in with a Nutritionist or Partnering Dietitian to ask questions and be held accountable to your nutrition efforts!
Have a Nutritionist come and shadow you at the grocery, practice making a list, planning meals, and executing on good decisions. This often ends up being a crash course on nutrition label reading also!
We offer online programs for people outside of Bryan/College Station or corporate settings!
