Our customized personal training program is designed to help you look, move, and feel your best. It combines expert support from certified performance coaches with the camaraderie of 2-4 other folks who share your desire for lasting results. The goal is to see improvements in body weight, body composition, strength and endurance over 30,60, 90 day period or more. These sessions are not “classes”, “boot camps”, or large group training. Every workout is customized to the individual and is limited to just 3-4 other clients with a coach. You don't even need to bring along 3-4 others to start...we have coaches at most training times with a spot available just for you.

We have several different private and small group 1 to 5 personal training experiences that we can customize to fit your lifestyle, goals, and budget. We are a personal training studio, so packages and pricing are all about you (your goals, your training schedule, and your budget.) Most of our clients invest around $175-$195/month.

Training experiences will take place indoors in our progressive fitness studio, balancing conditioning, functional and strength training.The program stresses making small steps of progress each week through individual workouts and outside personal coaching. Each person completes their own personalized training experience. You’ll be challenged more each week as your individual experience changes. Your coach will be there the entire time to provide support, professional guidance, motivation and assurance that you’re on the right track to achieving your fitness goal.

No Worries. We have a text messaging system that makes booking a make up super simple. In addition to helping clients make up missed training sessions on alternative days, we also offer clients the ability to exchange a training session for an infrared sauna recovery session or a customized workout for travel.

Obviously, results will vary by individual. Most folks in our community notice small changes, such as their clothing being looser, in just 2 weeks. The typical weight loss range within a 12 program is 5-35lbs of fat loss depending on the individuals work ethic and nutrition habits. We helped both men and women lose as little as 5lbs to as much as 200lbs…so we’ve got you covered!

Pricing really depends on your goal, health & fitness history, and personal urgency to reach your goal. Once we understand all those different details we can go over all the options we have.
After discussing your goals in a short “Discovery Call” we can usually put together a few different personal training and/or nutrition coaching options for you that align with your goals and budget. Training options start around $170/month.

That’s why we created our 30-minute personal training model as the next evolution in semi-private personal training. These strategically crafted training experiences are designed to give you the same results many would achieve in 45 min-60 mins of training. No… our personal training sessions are not a Boot Camp or Crossfit. Our 30 min 1 to 5 and 1 on 1 session are individualized indoor personal training experiences that take place in one our of two personal training studios. Each community member has their own workout designed around their individual goals, abilities, and interest.

Yes, we do offer private personal training experiences and specialty fitness clinics and camps and recovery memberships in addition to the semi-private training experiences. Session rates vary based on the duration and content of the session. Please call us at 979-575-7871 for current info.
