Coach Responsibilities Include, but not limited to, the following:
Develop great client relationships (we are looking for people who care about people deeply.)
Coaching 30-Minute Personal Training Small Group Sessions
Demonstrating Exercises/Movements
Correcting Form and Modifying Movements
Motivating Clients to Challenge Themselves
Possible participation in other aspects of the business: marketing and social media to motivate and encourage members and prospects
Basic Janitorial Duties (vacuum, sanitize, trash out, etc…our entire staff is expected to do their part to keep the studio world-class clean!)
BCS Fitness provides its own onboarding program to be assigned and completed within 30 days of being hired.
