Our KNEE ABILITY WORKSHOP will be both hands-on knee ability training and well as seminar-style learning with Coach Jared MacDonald. You will meet every Wednesday at noon for three weeks for an in-person session at our South College Station studio. You will also have access to personalized coaching via text or email, you are provided with the education and tools needed to take control of your pain.

3 week workshop with coach Jared MacDonald

Mobility screening for common causes of knee pain

Bio-mechanical screening for common movement faults that cause knee pain
⭐️Pinpoints incorrect movement patterns and provides insight into how to move more efficiently and pain-free, thus reducing the risk of re-injury.
Tendon load screening for those suffering from patellofemoral knee pain
⭐️Assesses the capacity and health of tendons, leading to more precise and effective treatment strategies.
Personalized mobility, stability, and strength program and exercises to progress out of pain
⭐️Custom-tailored programs cater to your needs and circumstances, ensuring optimal progression, quicker recovery, and long-term relief from pain.
Tailored exercises and cueing in your regular small group training sessions to reinforce workshop lessons and goals

Who is this designed to help?
📣 People suffering from nagging knee pain with no known acute trauma.
📣Women and men who struggle with squats and lunges due to joint discomfort and stiffness
📣 Those cleared from Physical Therapy or Orthopedic care but still struggling to get back to 100%
📣 NOT ideal for those suffering from acute trauma to the knee joint, locking knee joint, and or throbbing or severe swelling in the back of the knee joint as these symptoms would indicate a need to be referred out to a Physical Therapist or Orthopedic Specialist
Time frame of program?
November 1st-17th
Three in person workshops Wednesday’s during lunch at the South Studio that will last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Daily mobility and strength exercises
$149 for full program including a full 30 days of support via text/email from Coach Jared MacDonald (Nov 1st-Nov 30th.)
