However, if you are just jogging the block or riding your Peloton, you may be setting yourself up for injury or mental burnout. Repetitive motions like running, rowing, and cycling need to be balanced out with smart strength & functional training. That is where BCS Fitness can help.

We listen to our clients and learn what they are currently doing for fitness and where they want to improve.

From there we create customized 30-minute personal training sessions to be as efficient as possible with your time and results. Because our coaches only work with 3-5 clients per session...your form will be closely watched reducing your risk of getting an injury.
