One of the things I love most about my 1 to 5 small group personal training sessions at BCS Fitness is that all the planning and thinking is done for me. I don't have to decide what muscles to work, which machines to use, or how many reps and sets to do. I like not having to think about planning my workouts, my coaches tell me what I need to be doing, and I do it."

When you train at BCS Fitness, you can rest assured knowing all the planning is done for you. Your specific training plan will be loaded up on your coach's iPad and they will be there every step of the way to make sure you do the right movements, reps, & intensity specific to you!

All you have to do is show up & put the work in and we'll take care of all the planning for you!
