"I don’t really like the gym atmosphere, so I searched for something different. BCS Fitness is this place. 30-minute workouts 3 times a week in a small group is perfect. I get the strength and conditioning my body needs and has been missing and I don’t have to think about the workout. The workouts are set for me and all I have to do is count my reps and sets and let the trainers know how I’m feeling. It’s great! I feel so much stronger which allows me to keep participating in my other hobbies. BCS Fitness will help me to keep going into my 60’s and beyond!"
