Have a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! In today’s episode Brad shares tips on how to have a happy and healthy thanksgiving…and they may not be what you except to hear! For our friends in the Bryan/College Station area, please join us in our “Burn the Bird” and”Turkey Toss” workout at BCS Fitness on Friday morning! Please feel free to bring friends or family, you do not have to be a member to join us for this fun celebration! Burn the Bird and Turkey Toss will be Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. followed by a stretching and recovery session at 9:30. We hope to see you and your loved ones!
