Get Results, Not Injuries
Does this sound like you? You like to work hard, but your back/knees/etc also pay the price when you try to do the same workout you did back in college.
The problem is that the workout that was best for you at 25 is not the right workout for you at 35, 45, 55, etc. If you want to get results and stay in the game and not battle injury and inconsistency...you need a training plan that is more evolved than the one did years ago.
