Coach Brad Tillery
So what is my role at BCS Fitness?
Aside from coming up with crazy things for our clients to do at the studio, I like to think BIG and help busy people create a better lifestyle for themselves and their family.
Our BCS Fitness philosophy was born out of my own wrestling with trying to balance life (5 kids, beautiful wife, business, church, friendships, etc) and my own health and fitness. I use to run marathons, triathlons, workout for several hours at a time, and even skimp on sleep to accomplish my fitness goals.
Overtime, I learned that building a better lifestyle (sleeping more, eating better, and focusing on the QUALITY of my training and not the QUANTITY of my training leads to much better results across the board.
I’ve learned that more is less when it comes to training and that has shown to be true in the hundreds of people we have helped, and continue to help, in this community with our 30 minute model training philosophy.
In addition to having some "rad" DJ skills that I acquired in high school as a part time DJ for school dances and parties that (sometimes) might benefit our BCS Fitness community, my other relative talents include unique fitness program design, helping clients implement new nutrition strategies into their life, and motivating people to take action.
I’m also a graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of 2001) and have been certified as both a performance coach and nutrition specialist through the American Council on Exercise since opening the doors of BCS Fitness in 2003.
Coach AJ Buck
With over 8 years of experience as a Performance Coach, I truly enjoy helping and seeing people improve their health. I love to challenge people and get them out of their comfort zones!
When I am not in the gym you will either find me hunting, fishing, or spending time with my awesome wife Kaley and beautiful new daughter Layke. We also have a labradoodle named Judge that is treated as part of the family! We love to travel and are looking forward to having our new addition join us on these crazy adventures!
I am a graduate from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and minor in Health. I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
Coach Stephen Opskar
With 10 years of experience as a performance coach, I’ve come to learn that the most exciting performances I’ve seen are people who get to live their lives to the best of their abilities. It excites me to know that I get to be a piece of the puzzle that helps people reach their goals.
Originally from Wichita, Kansas, I went to school at KU and then received my masters from Oklahoma State. After that, I briefly moved to South Carolina before arriving in College Station in 2018.
When we’re not working, my wife, Celina, and I love traveling and hanging out with our dog, Lando. If she planned it, we’re at the beach. If I planned it, we’re in the mountains. I’m also a huge nerd (Darth Vader is my favorite fictional character), am a little bit of a coffee snob (actually a lot), and will never turn down a challenge.

What do I do at BCS Fitness?? Some may say I am the swiss army knife at the studio....I do a little bit of everything. :).
When I am on the floor, I love motivating and helping our clients reach their goals and walk away feeling energized and hopefully better.....everyday!
When I am not on the floor, I am helping with all things bookkeeping. Payroll, billing, and other administrative things.
I graduated from Texas A&M in 1999, and have remained here in College Station. I met Brad shortly after graduation and we were married in 2001. We thought about trying to leave this sweet community but decided BCS was where we needed and wanted to start our family. We have 5 sweet kiddos that keep us very active and busy!
BCS Fitness began in 2003, right before we had our first baby, Hayden. I loved watching Brad start something he was so passionate about....helping people.
Over the years our business has grown and we are so blessed by the team we work with and the awesome clients we get to serve everyday. I am so proud to be a part of the BCS Fitness family.

Together, we have 2 daughters, Annabel and Madison, and 2 Labrador retrievers, Fiona and Ginger. As a family we enjoy the outdoors, from climbing mountains in Colorado to fishing the flats on the Texas coast.I also enjoy 90’s alternative rock, NSYNC, and drinking water out of a coffee cup.

Coach Bailey Deering
Hello! My name is Bailey Deering, I am currently a graduate student at Texas A&M working on my Masters in sports physiology. My goal post grad is to be a strength coach in the collegiate setting.
I have been coaching for the past 4 years, and currently work with the athletic teams at A&M in the weight room. While college athletes are my passion, I enjoy working with all ages and walks of life, and find joy in watching people see what they are capable of.
At BCS Fitness, I have the opportunity to serve our clients and staff ‘behind the scenes’. I do administrative work in a supportive role and enjoy being more involved with our community.
After graduating from Texas A&M, we lived in the Texas Panhandle (where I went back to school for an MBA) and then Colorado for 10 years. We’ve been back in Texas for 6 years and love being in the Brazos Valley. I love working out at BCS Fitness and serving our clients alongside a great team!
My husband, Collin, and I have two children, Madelyn and Coleman. We all love spending time outdoors where you will usually find us riding bikes on the road or trails.
