1)Points in the Yellow Zone with MyZone
2)Body fat% loss (via InBody Scan)
3)Muscle gain (via InBody Scan)
4)Performance (via skills test – guys vs. guys and ladies vs. ladies)
HOW DO YOU WIN THIS CHALLENGE?
The team with the greatest number of overall points will win the “Fall Fitness Competition.”
Points Awarded: The point system will be the same for all categories.
1st place- 5 points
2nd place- 4 points
3rd place- 3 points
4th place- 2 points
All other places will get 1 point
HOW DO YOU EARN POINTS IF YOU ARE COMPETING IN THE PERFORMANCE CATEGORY?
Performance Component: The performance component will have 5 performance categories.
1) 3 Minute burpee test
2) 1 Minute push-up test
3) 1000 meter row
4) Plank test
5) 2 mile assault bike for time
We will do the performance test within the first (3) days of the competition (October 23rd through October 25th) and the end of the competition (November 30th through December 1st)…so players can earn points at the beginning and at the end of the 6 week challenge.
How to Win: The team of (4) with the most combined points at the end will win. Each team must carry at least one guest on their team that will train at BCS Fitness (3) days per week for 6 weeks at the reduced rate of $149 (discounted from the everyday price of $239.) There is no cost for members to participate.
