The Water Fitness Challenge at BCS Fitness is a great way to stay cool while enjoying a challenging strength and cardio workout in our onsite salt water pool.
This pool based training program includes functional exercises, bodyweight calisthenics, weight vest and speed harness training, weight training with strength equipment, aqua tube training, and cardio conditioning with a small group of people that will help you stay motivated!
