Radically different than the typical outdoor boot camp, step, or spinning class, the fat torching-muscle building HD 12 Week Challenge is your opportunity to put your body in true “high definition.” Our 12 Week Challenge HD sessions take place in our cardio and weight room and are about 60 minutes and consist of warm up, nutrition tip, skill practice, followed by the HD workout. We place a heavy emphasis on mechanics and form to ensure your confidence, safety, and results. You’ll be challenged with athletic, functional exercises, bodyweight calisthenics, weightlifting, and cardio conditioning. Don’t think you are fit enough for an HD 12 Week Challenge? No worries, the workouts are “scalable” based on your fitness level. We regularly make adjustments in the number of repetitions, the amount of weight, and the distance so that everyone can participate!

All 12 Week Challenges at our personal training studio consist of two small group of 4-5 motivated people who share your desire for results and the support to get there. We’re confident that BCS Fitness will motivate you to become or continue to be a healthy, energized person.
Three monthly installments of between $155.00-$169 (depending on length of commitment) plus a one time application fee of $45 for new clients. Ask about discounts available for auto-pay and payments received in full. Consider it an investment towards your body and mind.
