  • Two group training sessions per week with daily nutrition tips. (Upgradeable up to four days per week.)

12 Week Challenge HD: “Your Body in High Definition.”

Radically different than the typical outdoor boot camp, step, or spinning class, the fat torching-muscle building HD 12 Week Challenge is your opportunity to put your body in true “high definition.” Our 12 Week Challenge HD sessions take place in our cardio and weight room and are about 60 minutes and consist of warm up, nutrition tip, skill practice, followed by the HD workout. We place a heavy emphasis on mechanics and form to ensure your confidence, safety, and results. You’ll be challenged with athletic, functional exercises, bodyweight calisthenics, weightlifting, and cardio conditioning. Don’t think you are fit enough for an HD 12 Week Challenge? No worries, the workouts are “scalable” based on your fitness level. We regularly make adjustments in the number of repetitions, the amount of weight, and the distance so that everyone can participate!

Water Fitness

The Women’s Water Fitness Challenge at BCS Fitness is a great way to stay cool while enjoying the benefits of a challenging strength and cardiovascular training program. 

This pool based training program includes functional exercises, bodyweight calisthenics, weight training with strength equipment, aqua tube training, and cardio conditioning within a small group of ladies and the female BCS Fitness personal training team. Don’t be fooled…this isn’t your grandma’s water aerobics class.

Water Rehabilitation

Water rehabilitation can help you resume activity from a variety of injuries including sprains, strains, dislocations, fractures, and various surgeries.

Following a surgery or injury, aquatic rehabilitation can usually begin much quicker than traditional physical therapy thus reducing recovery time.

All 12 Week Challenges consist of two small group of 4-5 motivated people who share your desire for results and the support to get there. We’re confident that BCS Fitness will motivate you to become or continue to be a healthy, energized person.

Three monthly installments of $145.00 – around $17 per session plus a one time application fee of $45 for new clients. Consider it an investment towards your body and mind.
