Water Boot Camp FAQ
What will the Water Fitness Challenge be like?
Obviously each workout will be a little bit different, but the majority of the workouts will consist of 70% work in the pool and 30% exercise outside the pool on the pool deck. Each “Water Boot Camp” workout will be scaled to the individual needs of each client, thus the workout will be very challenging for the advanced exerciser, yet appropriate for beginners as well.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?
No, most of the movements will not include a “swim” movement pattern.
What will I wear to Water Fitness Challenge?
We want to be sure that all clients feel 100% comfortable in the water. Clients are asked to wear modest swimwear during all “Water Fitness Challenge” sessions. Modest swim wear would include one piece bathing suites, swim shorts or skirts on top of swim suite, surf shirts, etc.
How much does Water Boot Camp cost?
Water Boot Camp is $99 per month for 2 days per week of training.
Will I have a male or female trainer?
All Water Fitness Challenge workouts are led by female members of the BCS Fitness training team.
How many people will be in the session with me?
In order to ensure individualized instruction camp sessions will be limited to no more than 10 people per training session.
